Cooking Directions - On the Stove
- BRING 4 cups of water to boil in 2-qt. saucepan. Submerge 1
unopened bag of rice completely in boiling water. Boil vigorously,
uncovered 5 minutes
- REMOVE BAG with fork or tongs. Drain.
- TEAR BACK DOWNWARD AT EASY OPEN CORNER. Pour rice into serving dish. Fluff with fork. If desired, add tub margarine and salt to taste.
Prepare 2 bags by doubling water and using 4-qt. saucepan.

Cooking Directions - In the Microwave
- MEASURE 4 cups HOT water in 2-qt. microwave-safe bowl. Submerge 1 unopened bag of rice completely in water.
- Cover. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 MINUTES. Microwave ovens vary, cooking time is approximate. If rice is undercooked, let stand, covered, 3 to 4 minutes.
- REMOVE BAG with fork or tongs. Drain.
- TEAR BAG DOWNWARD AT EASY OPEN CORNER. Pour rice into serving dish. Fluff with fork. If desired, add tub margarine and salt to taste.
We do not recommend using the microwave to cook multiple bags.

Cooking Directions and Other Serving Suggestions
For added flavor, add 1 crushed chicken or beef bouillon cube to the water when preparing the rice.
