Skillet Pizza

Ingredients

Amount Measurement Ingredient
2 cups Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
1 pkg (5 oz.) pepperoni slices
1 jar (14 oz.) pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives, drained (optional)

Directions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Combine rice, pepperoni, sauce, 1 cup cheese and olives, if desired, in large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
  • Top with remaining cheese before serving.
  • Add mushrooms, green olives, sausage or Canadian bacon. (If using fresh mushrooms, cook and stir in hot skillet before adding rice and remaining ingredients.)
