Excellent! But I used home-made breadcrumbs instead of raw rice in the meatballs; no one likes crunchy raw rice! I made the rice for the meatballs to sit on, as in the pic, and I especially liked them with the green onions. One thing: the teriyaki sauce was way too strong; next time, I'm goin' with Kikkomann brand teriyaki sauce instead of the imported stuff. Ew.

Uncooked rice is not correct for this recipe. After you bake meatballs, the rice inside is still hard. Change to include cooked rice or delete rice and add bread crumbs. [from Minute Rice: 'We re-tested this recipe recently with cooked and uncooked rice. Both times the recipe worked. What we found was that the meatballs need to be about the size of golf balls.']

I made this today but I think 2 cups of uncooked rice in the meatballs was way too much. Is this recipe correct? [from Minute: 'We re-tested this recipe on Jan 19. The 2-cups still works for 20 oz. of ground turkey. Maybe you may wish to reduce the quantity of rice to 1-3/4 cups?']
Not sure if the rice should have been separated as it seems that it turned out crunchier than it should. I even added extra moisture. [from Minute: 'We re-tested the recipe on Jan. 19. Some grains were a bit crisp on the outside of the meatballs after baking, but inside grains were good']
