Chicken and Rice Burrito

Makes 4 Servings


2 each (4.4 oz. container) Minute® Ready to Serve Brown or Yellow Rice Mix
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 cup (6 oz.) cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 each whole wheat tortillas
chopped fresh cilantro leaves, optional
sour cream (optional)


  • PREPARE rice according to package directions.
  • COMBINE salsa and chicken in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes.
  • STIR in cheese and rice. Divide mixture into tortillas. Serve with cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
