Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

Amount Measurement Ingredient
1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked
3 cups sliced vegetables for stir-fry (peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 pkg grilled or Teriyaki chicken breast strips
1/2 cup bottled stir-fry or sweet 'n sour sauce

Directions

  • Prepare according to package directions.
  • Cook and stir vegetables in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  • Add chicken breast strips and sauce; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Spoon over rice.
