Provencal Rice Salad

Makes 2 Servings


1 cup (4.4 oz.) Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice or Multi-Grain Medley
1 can (6 oz.) tuna fish, drained
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 black olives, sliced
2 Tbsps red wine vinaigrette


  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • In a medium bowl combine rice, tuna, tomatoes, olives and vinaigrette. Serve over salad greens .
