Breakfast Skillet

4 Ingredient Meal idea just for breakfast ... start with cooked Minute® Steamer - Brown Rice, sausage crumbles, spicy diced tomatoes with green chilies and top with Monterrey Jack cheese.

1 bag Minute® Steamers - Brown Rice
1 pkg (9.6 oz.) cooked sausage crumbles
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded


  • Prepare rice according to package directions. In a medium microwave-safe dish combine sausage and chilies. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in rice and cheese.
  • Serve with fried or scramble eggs and warm tortillas.
