1 bag Minute® Multi-Grain Medley, uncooked
1 large pear, cored and diced
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

  • Prepare Multi-Grain Medley according to package directions. Cool. In a large bowl toss rice with pears, dressing and nuts.
  • Add 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
