Chicken, Rice and Broccoli Dinner

1 Tbsp oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
2 cups Minute® White Rice or Minute® Premium Rice, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets


  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  • Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon each paprika and ground black pepper with soup and water in skillet.  Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper before covering.
  • Increase oil to 2 tablespoons, if using a regular skillet. Substitute milk for the water and/or frozen broccoli florets, thawed, for the fresh broccoli
