15 Minute Jambalaya

2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 lb turkey smoked sausage, sliced
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked


  • Mix tomatoes, water, sausage, bouillon and hot pepper sauce in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until bouillon is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Cook 5 minutes.
  • Fluff with fork and serve.
  • Jazz It Up: Prepare as directed, adding 1 chopped green pepper to the skillet along with the tomatoes.
