Chicken Cordon Bleu

3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 slice (2 oz.) boiled ham, cut into strips (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1 pkg (9 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese


  • Cook and stir chicken and ham in hot margarine in large skillet until browned.
  • Stir in soup, water, green beans and mustard; bring to boi
  • Stir in rice and top with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
