Easy Chicken Stir Fry

This recipe was previously featured on the Minute® Boil-in-Bag and 28 oz. box packages in 2001.

1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked
3 cups sliced vegetables for stir fry (peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 pkg grilled or Teriyaki chicken breast strips
1/2 cup stir fry sauce


  • Prepare according to package directions.
  • Cook and stir vegetables in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  • Add chicken breast strips and sauce; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Spoon over rice.
