Quick Cheeseburger Rice

4 Ingredient meal ... a cheeseburger-flavor inspired dish with tangy yellow mustard, delicious with either white or brown rice.

1 cup Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
1 lb ground beef, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsps prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup jarred cheese dip


  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Stir in cooked beef, mustard and cheese dip.  Cook and stir (about 2 minutes), or until heated through.
  • Options: Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce and top with diced tomatoes.
  • Additional stir ins: 1/2 cup onion, chopped, 1/4 cup ketchup.
