4 Ingredient Meal idea just for breakfast ... start with cooked Minute Brown Rice, sausage crumbles, spicy diced tomatoes with green chilies and top with Monterrey Jack cheese.

1 cup Minute® Brown Rice
1 pkg (9.6 oz.) cooked sausage crumbles
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded


  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Prepare sausage crumbles according to package directions and add to cooked rice with drained chilies. Stir in cheese.
  • Serve with fried or scramble eggs and warm tortillas.
