Quick Waldorf Salad

4 Ingredient Meal salad recipe idea --- perfect with Minute® Whole Grain Brown Rice, crisp red apple, Greek yogurt with honey, and just a touch of chopped fresh celery

Makes 4 Servings


1 cup Minute® Brown Rice
1 red apple, cored and chopped
1 cup honey-flavored Greek yogurt
1/2 cup celery, chopped


  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool. In a medium bowl combine rice, apple, yogurt and celery.
  • TIP: Stir in golden raisins and chopped walnuts.
